Description
Cuvée Maximilian is a grape cuvée made from 50% Syrah and 50% Merlot. Aged for 33 months in new French oak barrels of Troncais and Allier oak of 225 l give the wine the typical scent of delicate vanilla and roasted aromas. Its color is a brilliant ruby red with purple-black edges.
The taste of spicy, intense fruit with hints of paprika and delicate chocolate tones with vanilla is pithy and powerful on the palate, the distinctive tannins of the format of a great international red wine impress with a strong finish.
The wine goes perfectly with dark meat and game dishes with strong sauces.
